Please read this page carefully before requesting to book a party.

Deposits & Cancellations
At least two weeks advanced noticed is preferred to book an event with us before your party date. This is to ensure all availability of inventory.

There is a 50% deposit required to secure a date and time for your event. Clients will be provided a contract to sign at the time of deposit, which will confirm your booking. All balances are due on the day of the event.

Cancellation over 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 15-29 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund.
There will be no refund for cancellations made 14 days or less from the event.

We will always do our best to accommodate a new date in order to avoid forfeiture of your deposit. Please understand that rescheduling is always subject to our availability.
Travel Fees
A travel fee will apply to events more than 20 miles from our business address. We are located in New Preston, CT.
Set Up
The client is responsible for clearing the room or area where we will be setting up.
Sleepovers We will not be responsible for moving furniture and other personal items. Please ensure the area is clean and free of pet hair. Set Up is at 10am on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed upon.

Please have sleepover guests bring a sleepover pillow! We will provide a freshly cleaned and sanitized pillow case for each guest.

Picnics Please make sure that any sprinkler systems are disabled for the duration of the event from setup through breakdown. Certain wind conditions may affect the ability to use specific decor items.
Break Down
Everything in the setup must be returned in the same good condition it was delivered in. We are only responsible for breakdown and pick up of our materials. Replacement and/or professional cleaning fees will apply if items are returned in a condition beyond normal wear and tear. Party trash and personal items must be cleaned up prior to our break down.

Sleepovers A late pick up fee applies to pickups requested after 2pm.
Liability
Once we have completed our setup, we accept no responsibility for any accidents, injury or loss. Safety at the event is the sole responsibility of the client.

To reduce any potential risks or avoid potential damage fees, please consider the following "rules":

Never let a child under the age of 15 months on inflatable mattresses, as doing so poses a suffocation risk to the child.

Please provide direct supervision of children during our set up (it's exciting, trust us!). Please make sure pets are kept clear of the area as well. It's best to keep the final set up a surprise.

Ensure your party guests do not stand or jump on air mattresses.
